Are you a highly motivated sales professional with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, but with a keen desire to work as a recruitment professional? Have you got the ability and confidence to consistently meet/overachieve agreed sales targets without compromising on service quality? Can you prove it? We currently have an exciting opportunity at our Chesterfield office for a focused individual who wins trust easily and recognises that hard work and commitment are just as important as natural ability. The successful candidate will not only be able to develop his/her sales skills over the telephone, but also be able to get out and about in order to meet clients face to face, negotiate terms/review service levels and, secure business with them over the long-term.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0800-1730hrs with an hour for lunch. Out of hours cover is also expected but, on a rota basis. We offer an excellent basic salary, uncapped bonus scheme and superb training programme, including the chance to join our Management Academy. The successful applicant must hold a Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points) and currently live in Chesterfield or within a 15 mile radius. Interested?
